Host ban suggestion

Was looking through rules and may have missed it. Shouldn't posters be required to have at least 2 host sites?

Also, these 2 hosts shouldn't be allowed:

LAFiles : Why are they allowed to tell me how much porn I can get. 2048mgs (1 - 1.5 flics … ) Ex: http://postimg.org/image/t2o0ja089/ F*ck that, I'm on vacation and want to dl porn!

FilesMonster: This is anti-mac site. Their segmented files become .cpgz files which don't unpack on Mac, instead create endless loops even 3rd party apps can't fix.

To be fair almost every paying host has some kind of limit.

I think a rule change would make a better change. At least 1 link to a host like MirrorCreator or Solidfiles. Both are unlikely to remove content, and they have no limitations as far as downloading goes.
