How TO filter Search?

Hi.

I want to know is there a way to search "not including" words.For example when I search ABC, 80% results contain Gay porn.But I need to filter the word "gay". Please help.

I have a question about search, and I apologise if it has already been answered but I have just not found it.

I am trying to find a video of a model, for example a_m_a_n_d_a

When I search, it will not show up, yet I know it exists:

Thanks for response, is it not there a way to search for a term, and make it independent of what is before or after the word? Let's say *a_m_a_n_d_a*, so the "*" would make it that anything before or after does not matter, in such a way allowing to look for words inside words, how can I do that, if possible? It would make things fine to find
