Hello there everyone, I have posted on this forum as I seek some advice regarding my business.
Me and a business partner live in the UK and we have made a website which is now complete and ready to host adult entertainment videos on it, however due to legality we would like to get some information from other webmasters. Our site its going to be similiar to 'efukt.com' & 'inhumanity.com'.
We were wondering the following:
1. Now our site is fully designed and complete what legal legislation do we need to include on our site?
2. Do we need any special licenses here in the UK or can we just put our disclaimers up and host the videos?
3. What are the things we need to safely post our material online and run as a legitimate business?
4. Is there any legal entities or firms we can contact for advice or help?
