Having been a smoker for 6 years now, Akira has been trying to quit for almost 3 of them. She tries and she tries, but nothing will stop her fixation with feeling the warm heavy weight that fills her lungs, watching the milky white smoke dance out into the sky in the light, and hearing the crack and burn as the ember consumes the paper. On this warm spring day the sun is shining, the birds are out, and Akira has a beautiful new sundress that she wants to get some fresh air in. Akira whisks up her pack of Marlboro menthols with her freshly painted hot pink nails and heads outside. The sun shining behind her, she takes her soft blue lighter and starts up a smoke. She inhales and exhales deeply, exaggerating each puff. As the sun sets behind her, she watches the smoke come out in thick milky clouds, and shares her smoking secrets with you.​
