It may well be the reason. Rayheng replied that he could not get any idea from the friend as he also got the movie somewhere else, not a direct purchase. However, Ray mentioned that for a certain number of giga movies, the making is usually shown as 5 min long at giga's site, but in reality, the actual length usually differs from the shown length. May be they're just being lazy showing the length of the making.

This has historical reasons. At the beginning they used to include also their ads (either at beginning or end) into the stated film length.
For example ZARD-68 Cat Girl which has stated 77' on the cover pic, which includes the ads at the beginning (~3'40") and the complete end credits.
I guess it gave them a lot of critics.
So after some time they changed it to some not documented over time (i.e. a little bit longer than stated).
