Wondrous Womans Escape a Daring Feat

Baffled by the ineffectiveness of her tools, she inspects them and finds they are all intricate replicas, appearing authentic but lacking any supernatural abilities. This realization of her helplessness underscores the terrifying possibility that the Joker might have the final laugh. After some time, the Joker appears, revealing his intention to transform the Amazing Amazon into one of his minions by injecting her with the same noxious substance that transformed him years ago. Her hair, he says, will turn green, her skin pale, and her lips a vivid crimson. Her mind will be forever altered, and there will be no reversing the process. Desperate to break free, she also learns the gruesome end of Drusillaa watery demise, a murky and tragic end for her stepsister, which nearly shatters her spirit upon hearing it from the Clown Prince himself.
