Trampled At The Office
Rapture is busy at her office job, reviewing some files on the computer. Out of the corner of her she notices her coworker on his hands and knees, right by her feet. She asks what he's doing, to which he replies looking for a pen, as he keeps creeping closer to her feet. Rapture decides he needs to learn a lesson, and tells him since he's down there, he might as well start cleaning her shoe.
After making sure her shoes are clean, she tells him to go lay down on the floor. Rapture proceeds to trample him with her high heels. Her heels dig into his body, causing him to yell in pain numerous times. Rapture then removes her shoes, and has him smell her sweaty nylons. The trampling continues unti Rapture is sure he has learned lesson.
