The Crackdown is the third and final segment of the Hooked On Hispanics trilogy from the Latino Fan Club. At L.I.C.K.I.T., a halfway house rehabilitation center, the latinos are still trying to get off, and the illicit aphrodisiac still flourishes. It is now making its way to Gotham and spreading quickly as word of its mysterious powers are taking hold. The plot continues: Judge Knott (who sits around

young Puerto Ricans into the program, where they're given the experimental . The film opens with the same segment as in part one: M. Vic Mann is in bed with
his boyfriend, Macho Melendez. Melendez is anxious to get to work as T-Jay Colon is
