The second part for both movies work perfectly, but first part of both movies still have stutter problems.
Stutter timing:
GHOV-89_01.wmv 04:45 14:52 18:54 20:55 25:58 30:01 34:03 40:07 50:11 51:12
SPSA-03_01.wmv 09:26 15:28 30:35 33:36 39:39 51:44 58:48

Did you download both files from the updated links? I picked some time points for play but didn't seem to see the problem, for example, GHOV-89_01 04:55, 14:52, SPSA-03_01 09:26 15:28.

I believe I download from the new link.
Since your mentioned it, i went back to check the file size in my computer and preview capture, the size is different!
I am downloading both file again and will test it.
