At
first, this might seem a bit creepy horror-like. A
woman is sitting by a
man who is horribly disfigured and has had both
legs, arms and ears cut off. However, you quickly realize that you are seeing a fantastic depiction of a great fantasy. This
woman is a nurse, and
she has decided to keep use
her surgical skills to keep
her husband at
her mercy, for
her own perverted pleasure. We see
her cutting off
his nipples with a razor-blade, licking up the blood. Next scene,
he is lying on the floor in another room.

him write something on a piece of paper with

him. Afterwards, when
she is resting, relaxed after the

her body, also performing brief cunnilingus. This is no doubt the
