The word "Oppa" in Korean means older brother for girls. So girls have to call older boys "Oppa" not by there names. But in America if you are speaking Korean you can say Jack Oppa or Joonyoung Oppa. In Oppa Gangnam Style it's saying that he is the Oppa. So that can be confusing.
