Now extract 4: Playhome_02_plus_1016okn_sub.exe using 7zip or winrar ( Skip 2: phome_souki.exe and 3: phome_yoyaku.exe for easy and clean installation i just added them as a complete package )

once u extracted 4: Playhome_02_plus_1016okn_sub.exe go into the extracted folder until u see a folder called setup open it and copy everything now go to your games main dir ( see above pic for reference ) and paste replace files if asked.

in old s GameInstallation.txt order was not correct(now fixed)
correct order is as follows

now repeat the same procedure with

5: Playhome_02_plus_1020kio_sub then
6: Playhome_02_plus_1020aws_all.exe ( in old aws_all.exe was at 7: which was not correct order) then
7: Playhome_02_plus_1020hyu_all.exe ( in old hyu_all.exe was at 6: which was not correct order) then
8: playhome_02_plus_1020gtl_sub and follow dlc install (rest of the install order is correct see GameInstallation.txt) .

Basic Modding Guide

it seems people are having hard time moding the game so i decided to put a small guide assuming you installed all above in correct order you now have official game installed.

before moding the game verify that the game runs (japanesse) if not then delete everything and reinstall following above instructions carefully there is no point in moding a broken game.

1: Extract IPA3.3 and copy all files to game main directory (where PlayHome32bit.exe etc reside)

2: Grab PlayHome32bit.exe and drop on IPA.exe if done correctly u will see command prompt updating and patching playhome files. in game dir a new shortcut PlayHome32bit (Patch & Launch) is created always use that to play game from now on.

3: Repeat the process with PlayHome64bit.exe and run the game to make sure it runs normally.

now IPA is installed and loaded lets translate the game.

1: Extract Kenzato PH Full v4.2.rar copy all files/folders (PlayHome32bit_Data,plugins etc) to games main dir replace files if asked.

2: Extract PlayHome_English_Launcher.rar and copy all files to games main dir replace files if asked.

3: Run the game using PlayHome32bit (Patch & Launch) or PlayHome64bit (Patch & Launch) the game menu shud be in English now. i recommend the 64bit version of the game if ur OS supports it.

now the game is translated lets apply uncensore patch

1: Extract PH_Uncensor_v1.2.rar and copy all files/folders to games main dir replace files if asked.

2: Extract [PH][SkinTexMod][Alexae][v2].rar and copy all files/folders to games main dir replace files if asked.

3: Extract Uncensor (Fix) For_Playhome_v1.4.rar copy all files/folders to games main dir replace files if asked.

Run the game to verify it is important to run the game after applying a mod using either PlayHome32bit (Patch & Launch) or PlayHome64bit (Patch & Launch).

every mod has some requirements for example Uncensor (Fix) For_Playhome_v1.4 will not work if u dont have PH_Uncensor_v1.2 and [PH][SkinTexMod][Alexae][v2] applied to the game. make sure u read the instructions included in mods or google.
