yes, fileboom is and not sure about pixhoust though
 
i'm sure they are permitted, so go on and start using them :) i am new as well and no one really seems to reply (the more experienced users, etc.,) that could have answered, I know i've reached out to some to ask questions as a newbie & a few did reply but not many did. . . .
