Vibrations (1968): Barbara, a frustrated writer who is also sexually frustrated, seeks to recharge
her life by moving into a Manhattan apartment, where
she earns money typing up manuscripts for other writers. Next door, a
sexy young lady
plays a variety of
erotic games revolving around
her hypnotically humming
vibrator. When Julie, Barbara's
hot-to-trot sister shows up,
she reluctantly allows
her to stay, even though memories of incestuous girlhood explorations between them cause
her obvious distress. Julie soon seduces one of
her sister's
male clients (whose advances Barbara had earlier spurned) and gets involved with the
girl next door,
her entourage and
her toys. Barbara soon finds that
her long walks in the park no longer provide adequate resistance to
her unfulfilled passions and curiosity about the sounds emanating from behind the wall.
Submission (1969): A psycho
sex-fiend keeps
his infantile girlfriend Vicky in Submission with candy bars,
toys and, yes,
hot wax. But when they plan on killing a wealthy
lesbian, Vicky discovers
she likes a
woman's
touch and plans a nasty surprise for
her boneheaded boyfriend!
Here's an offering from the wonderfully weird folks at SWV. Couldn't find it posted yet so here it is. Produced in 1969, directed by Allen Savage and starring Jennifer Welles, Sheila Britton, June Adams and Gary Judis. From the SWV website:
Kinked-out
sex kitten (and future hardcore superstar) JENNIFER WELLES (veteran actress of Joel Reed's Career Bed and
Sex by Advertisement, and billed under
her softcore moniker, "Liza Duran") is Vicki, an infantily-regressed
young woman with an
oral fixation, who's in cahoots with Barry (GARY JUDIS), an equally disturbed mental case who gets
his kicks raping
women. Together, they're the perfect picture of perversion: Barry seduces Vicki by enticing
her with Baby Ruth bars and bon-bons which
she eagerly begs for on
her hands and knees like a dog for a bone. Then Barry rings
his little jingle bell, and Vicki readily indulges the freak by masturbating with a burning candle as the
hot wax drips all over
her heaving bosom.
Under the pretense of serving as hired
help, the couple has devised a system of taking advantage of unsuspecting wealthy
women who offer them employment. One such mark is Linda Staples, an attractive, middle-aged fashion designer, who
takes an immediate dislike to Barry but a genuinely fond interest in Vicki.
In between lucidity and child-like behavior, Vicki recalls Barry raping a
beautiful blonde (SHEILA BRITTON of numerous Joe Sarno and New York nudies). Barry, meanwhile, is up to
his old tricks when
he spots a
girl in a park, follows
her into the woods, and commits the dastardly deed once again. Not satisfied with
his current reign of terror, Barry also chases Vicki through the house shouting, "I'm gonna get you!" until Vicki falls into a nearby swimming pool. Barry then resuscitates Vicki by humping on
her.
He's a swell
guy...
But when Miss Staples goes out for the night, Barry and Vicki snoop around and find some porno movies which reveals Linda's dirty little secret:
she's a card-carrying daughter of Lesbos! And when Linda returns home, Barry does what Barry does
best:
he rapes
her like the others. However, Vicki comforts Linda and ends up being the one who's made to feel better when the older, more experienced
woman opens more than
her eyes. Made anew from this sexual awakening, Vicki arranges for Barry to have fatal little accident...
Fluctuations (1970): A bizarre don't-even-try-to-make-sense-of-it bombardment of sexual imagery that
plays like
stream of consciousness from a degenerate: threesomes, foursomes,
lesbians,
bondage, hair-whipping (!) and, believe it or not, even kung-fu. Avant-garde masterpiece or pure gutter trash? Perhaps both.
